No. Lots of our consultants build entirely online, some do in-person events, some do a mix. You share what you actually love with the people who’d actually want to hear about it — that’s it. The products are very easy to talk about because they smell amazing and work.
Completely up to you. Some people put in a few hours a week and keep it as a side thing. Others go all-in and build it as their primary income. There’s no minimum weekly hour requirement — only small sales thresholds to stay active, and those are achievable with very light effort.
A starter kit full of real products and tools to launch, your own personal Scentsy website, back-office software to manage orders and customers, training from Scentsy directly, and 1-on-1 mentoring from me. Fair question — and honest answer: Scentsy is a direct-sales company, which means you earn commission on what you sell and can earn more by mentoring others. What makes our team different is the culture: no scripts, no aggressive recruiting, no pressure to buy stock you don’t need. You sell what you love, at your pace, to people who want to buy it.
Then it’s not for you — and you’ll still have made a friend (me) and walked away with a kit full of products you get to keep. There’s no long-term contract. You set it down whenever you want.
